Hey everyone, I’m posting here because I’ve had no luck getting proper support on Discord. I followed their ToS and avoided tagging at first, but after waiting days with no response, I finally tagged them out of desperation. I bought the AVM tool a while ago and was given a key back then — now it says “Key not found.” Two days ago, I was issued a new key, but the very first time I used it, it showed an “HWID doesn’t match” error. That shouldn’t happen unless the key was tied to someone else’s device.

I also can’t access the AVM website dashboard, which is needed for tutorials, updates, and general usage — because it asks for a Product ID or Order ID. I can’t retrieve that info since I no longer remember which email I used during the original purchase. At this point, I just need what I paid for: a working key tied to my current HWID, and access to my Product ID or Order ID so I can get into the dashboard. This has dragged on long enough. If anyone from the team sees this, please fix it.
