I'm going to tell you about my experience with Edgey, I bought it on 25/05 and went through the whole process, I didn't have a TPM chip, I was given some things to try to circumvent it and in the end I got banned after 24 hours, I opened the ticket, and I was being answered until the mods have to contact the admin, with a simple question "respof?" I waited 2 days for a response, I didn't get any, I had to comment something in the chat, another mod/trial support responded to me, and tagged someone else, and after 24 hours nothing happened, I chose to turn to another spoofer from another provider, and now I can play normally, I was very upset with the negligence of those in higher roles in the server, I even called Edgey in private and he was super attentive, and commented that if it took longer I should call him again, I chose not to do this because I feel like Edgy shouldn't be a staff babysitter. This was my experience, in the end I didn't ask Edgey for a refund nor did I ask for a response, I don't know if I'm in the right either as I opted for another provider and better support, in the end I had a bad experience and first impression of Edgey, Even though some of the staff care, others don't seem to care much, I'm not here recommending or not recommending, just passing on a situation that happened to me and could be an isolated case. analysis carried out on the 30th, I resolved everything on the 29th with another provider and on the 28th another member of staff was scheduled, but I still haven't received any response.
remembering that it doesn't apply to everyone, just to one or two, I just think that some should pay more attention, because these are things that could be resolved quickly, but not having support makes us, customers, feel like nothing?
I'm not here to ask for a refund or anything, just leaving my feedback and I hope you take it into consideration.

Well, where do I start this review, Edgey came to me and we talked a lot, he was very respectful and very professional, as I said in the review above, I expected that, Edgey at first glance seemed like a very good person who actually tries to take care of everyone as much as he can, even though he is very busy, as he is the owner, he has many commitments and headaches throughout the day, but despite all this, he came to talk to me anyway, again being very respectful, he offered me a refund and offered me a fake if I changed the SSD and put in a TPM chip, and showed me that he really values having above average support, while we were talking he sent a message letting everyone know then that what happened to me wouldn't happen again, and how He cared about that, he cared about the fact that the customer was well attended to and felt somehow at ease there, and not like someone who somehow bothered them, you know? I answered a few questions with Edgey, I opted for a refund (even though I could have done both) due to logistical problems (tourist trip on my part). but when I return I will probably do business with Edgey again, as he gave me much greater credibility, and even with the personnel problems, I have now decided and opted to give it a second chance and if everything goes wrong, just talk directly to Edgey, he is always attentive and even when he is very busy, he will try to help you.
