Do not waste your money they got support mods who don't even know basic english and are very vague and will just make you run around in circles and get you to purchase a tpm chip. over 2 days of full conversations and 2 different methods still hwid hasn't been changed. it's so frustrating but asking my money back would be a waste of time cause i know it won't happen. all these positive vouchers starting to look fake to me. don't waste your money on these guys.

Same. Very poor support. If it doesn't work for you with the first 2 of their methods - don't continue with them, you're just wasting your time. They either ask you to buy something additional or you're not getting your refund. And even then good luck getting the refund. They will drag the conversation for as long as possible, not answering and not helping at all or going in circles. Also DON'T BUY THEIR MANUAL SERVICE if the first 2 methods didn't work for you.

Final take: If you're buying from them - don't hope to get a refund and for sure don't expect fast service or support.
