They do allow you to resell your key 1 time and have a total of 5 HWID resets (I have used 0, but you would need to use 1 i believe to start using the cheat yourself, so you will be left with 4)
I bought it and realize that this is not the type of cheat I am looking for (I knew what it was when I bought but no longer want/need it)
