It’s my own fault for using this. After seeing so many replies about the awful support I should have used another service.
I would absolutely advise anyone considering this service to AVOID it. There is another service out there that works much better and I can personally say I’ve used it successfully.
I purchased this service 10/05/2022, followed the instructions correctly and still received error 152. I started a support ticket on the same day. Here’s the timeline:
10/05/2022: support ticket created
11/05/2022: Archine asking for order # and photo of system info
11/05/2022: sent what they requested
12/05/2022: no response until @
12/05/2022: msinfo and serial number sent
13/05/2022: no response & ask for a refund
14/05/2022: no response
15/05/2022: no response
16/05/2022: no response
17/05/2022: no response
18/05/2022: believe it or not, no response.

Edit: I probably should expect a response from support. Will update this response if it happens.
