There is a lot of reputable vouches for this.
But keep in mind, you get what you pay for (there is no need to negotiate a price, to be honest) - and this legitimately works.

You just gotta confirm with them if your existing computer hardware is compatible with the product they're selling.

Sure some people will think the price is high, but not as high as buying new hardware. It's a 1 Time Spoof which works permanently, so much better than just a temporary spoof which you have to pay monthly and are often so expensive that if you buy it for 2 months its the same price or even more expensive than woofer.
