What does onetime permanent 40 usd mean? I buy it once and can use it every time or only one time and then not anymore? Im hwid banned and need unban.

Vouch, Good Support and Fast Delivery.
Great little tool, served its purpose and has unbanned me from Valorant. Highly recommend you follow through with the re-install option as it basically gurantees a long term unban. If you're someone that loves to use cheats, also recommend woofer-plus it is basically a godly tool that'll prevent you from actually being banned ever for cheating on any of the supported games. Woofer is outstanding, the support isn't too bad either so skeptical people give it a try!.
Also it's not very difficult to get a free re-woof so if you've made a mistake or have done something accidentally, thankfully woofer has you covered. Although there's measures in place to prevet abuse so don't think about tryna do that lmao <3
