I followed all the steps correctly, took all the precautions, used the cheat only once in a day and still got banned. Be careful when buying.

Well, I don't trust and don't refer anyone. I paid for the 7-day plan, used only 1 day and it was enough to be banned.

Used for a day so far and no issues. Although, their support is very lacking. Had to figure out issues with ValoBot and ValoLegit myself as there seems to be no support most of the time. Also their liscord server has a lot of people asking about the cheat with no responses. Although I did not have a terrible experience and the cheat works, be wary about their support.

Valolegit is very cheap and I used it for around 6 hours yesterday and it worked great.

Yes, you are right about this, we are thinking of changing our support team. I cannot deal with both sales, coding and support. I will resolve this issue in a short time. Thanks for your comment <3
