Riot is not implementing HWID bans they even stated so themselves. As of BETA no HWID bans. Please stop trying to grab money to support your broke self.

Its officially confirmed they are doing HWID bans for cheaters. Can't deny facts. If you have multiple accounts banned for cheating under the same HWID you can expect to be HWID banned at some point in the future.

Beta or not, the user data stays on record. Better safe than sorry.
