I tested the software. Overall, all the advertised features work, there's definitely no auto-detection. I think if you tweak the settings subtly, without being too blatant, you could get an edge without raising any red flags. I recommend it.

I got a combined total of 6 hours to try this out with 2 keys - each 3 hours.

Recommendations: allow customers to type in the value they want, which would be exact to their preferences than sliding.
allow customers to save their settings, instead of giving them the hassle of customizing before every match.
For Fog of War, I suggest adding a feature that differentiates between units you can see without cheat and with.
There should be a feature to hide the menu once you have turned on/off and edited your options.

Cons: annoying that every time I ALT + TAB, the cheat disappears.
Must disable NVIDIA Overlay

New feature in Fog of War: Use Tab for enemy viewpoint. When Tab button is held down - you see everything from the viewpoint of enemy team. Mostly useful to check if enemy can see your units or not (if you haven't removed Fog of War that is).
New feature in Risky: Building Unload Delay (s). You can change how fast your infantry is unloading from a building (from 0 to 4 seconds).
New feature in Risky: Faster transport loading. Your units are able to load faster in your transport vehicles.
Fixed incorect display of infantry inside of buildings while using Alt for disabling Fog of War.
Added game version validation on game startup.
