Bought fw 2 months ago, still going stong.
i wrote to their support on discord 5 times, sometimes not even being related to fw. got amazing help and they answer within 5sec of ticket opening.

6 months (12month warranty) after purchase i noticed FW was blocked on EAC. asked for replacement FW but his current FW dev at the time exit scammed.
WBC dident want to pay for replacement FW and offered me 50% refund instead.
