The install was a bit complicated but the support was great.

All the features are working
controller support is nice too

Only issues I had was the app is in Chinese but they give you a picture with descriptions so you know what's what.

The save settings isn't working
and the auto aim glitches game sometimes

But everything else is A+

working online pvp and pve

Id rate 9/10

Could you explain how the install works? I'm considering buying it but if it requires its own boot entry or something that might turn me off. Is it just an .exe you run?

You need kernel isolation to be turned off. Also menu is in simple Chinese only. They offer a translation of the chair functions through screenshots. So far my experience is that it's a okay product, but not so polished.
