Several months ago, we launched the ZDMA with a Thunderbolt interface, which attained ultra-high speeds via the Thunderbolt protocol and garnered considerable acclaim and recommendations from numerous customers. Nonetheless, to reach these ultra-high speeds, ZDMA necessitates a PCIEX4 slot and a Thunderbolt interface, obliging some customers to incur additional expenses to upgrade their motherboards and computers. Consequently, we have introduced the Gbox, which offers improved high-speed compatibility.

Gbox is compatible with PCIEx1 and PCIEx2. When using the PCIEx2 channel, it will be faster than using the PCIEx1 channel. Also, because Gbox transmits the PCIE protocol, unlike ordinary DMA, Gbox needs to be connected to the PCIe card slot of your control terminal computer, not the USB interface of ordinary DMA.

The following image shows that there are some differences in speed when using different PCIE slots. Please purchase according to the actual situation of your computer when buying:
