DU kannst, ob es sich lohnt (Ka ob das kostenpflichtig ist da anzurufen) ist die Frage..

Normalerweise ist es nicht kostenpflichtig, zumindest nicht beim Festnetzanschluss. Bei mir ist es jedenfalls nicht kostenpflichtig und ich besitze einen stinktnormalen Anschluss.

Ganz ehrlich Leute, Ich will hier nicht den Moralapostel spielen aber das geht echt zu weit, selbst bei dem ,,Gratis Steam Keys" Thread hab Ich nichts gesagt. Stellt euch mal vor da sind wirklich Leute die dieses Problem haben und dann nachher keinen ,,Entschädigungs Key" bekommen weil irgendein Microsoft Mitarbeiter diesen Thread gefunden hat. Selbst wenn es nicht dieser Thread ist spricht sich die Methode rum und am Ende sind halt wie gesagt wirkliche Betroffene am Arsc*

Wieso Problem?
Wenn man sich bei der Hotline beschwert & wirklich "kündigen" will hat man doch kein Problem damit keinen Key zu bekommen ^^?
