[Buying] Card for Rubel Payment

Hello everyone, I was looking in another thread for russian cards, but I think a card that just can handle Ruble payment or payments to russia in general would work too.

I have Revolut and they sadly do not support it.

I need it for a Mod for a game. (wotzj.com)
I would like to buy a prepaid card (10€-25€) to be able to pay them (payment service provider that the card has to work with is walletone.com)
But since Revolut doesnt support it, it doesnt work.
I can pay the merchant who is selling me the card through PayPal, Crypto or Bank transfer.
Does anyone knows a shop or a solution for that?
