Und zwar habe ich 4x 10€ aus erster Hand (mit Belegen) und möchte einen Lol Account kaufen. Ich brauche aber 40€ PayPal.

Kurz gesagt:

Ich gebe euch die PSC's, ihr sendet dem Verkäufer des Accounts den Betrag
in PayPal, er gibt mit die Accountdaten.

PS: Ich gebe nur first, wenn ihr sehr viele positive TBM's habt!
