One negative recalling a scam and you do put on the thread that you 'don't give first' and regarding chargebacks(that is probably what the user must have to do after you scam him lol) seems legit af.

If that's the case you should have went to the complaint area and ask a removal. without the proper proofs the negative will be never lifted and will be a mark of your permanent tbm which seems to be the case.
