Solange er im Prinzip nur Schwachstellen ausmacht und er diesen Service auch nur für den Besitzer der Seite anbietet ist alles okay. (Wurde intern geklärt)

ihr könnt auch nicht lesen oder?

er bietet an auf DEINER eigenen Website nach Fehlern zu suchen und dies für 1$ zu fixxen . Das ist nicht verboten.

Currently there is no way to install Skype on Linux. I will add you in Skype tomorrow when I installed Windows and Skype.
