you never dont will find a person how will exange for this rates,the minimum few is 20 %

there are person with lots of tbm's how will offer their services but be carefull,mostly are scammers

There are 2 ways.

1st Buy Egold, then with the Egold buy paypal

2nd Exchanger .. Like and . I'm not sure if these are working!
