I do not intend to scam I just want paypal money insted of ukash so i can buy riot points (rp). and I will show anyone the voutcher who wtt the voutcher for paypal.

I understand that. But the way you want to do it, is the same way as getting all the money first, and then sending the whole ukash code. Cuz having only the half of the code is no safety at all.
