Why do I offer a fair price for the whole world?

I live in one of the countries in Asia, I have learned a lot about speedboost bidding. I do not offer very cheap, but I want to help you all to get a fair price for the whole world. Why? because I feel at this moment in ASIA speedboost prices lower than prices in Europe and America.
