Isn't it so funny how monkey.d.luffy has still not been added to the list when i have personally been scammed by him............

he PM'd me behind eveyr1's back. i get on msn with him and he scams me for 200MIL........

he could quite possibly of scammed others too..........PUT HIM ON THE **** LIST
