Lunar I Hate To Break It To You But There Is A New Breed Of Scammer In Town, These New Users With No Rep Come And Post Faulty "Scammer" Topics Because Of 2 Reasons.

1) They Failed At Scamming The Person And That Made them So Upset They Decided To Lie.
