The console is working on EU, but on EU you need to be careful about other things.. Such as completing missions too fast, leveling too fast, marketplace etc..

i swear, thats not a fake-.-, im not using my paypal acc very often so i had confirm that im the holder of the acc, how can i show you, that thats not a fake? do you want a screenshot of my email acc where are the mails listed from paypal where im changing the security stuff? and i know that is not very much, but i dont have more for donating ;/, but thanks for showing it to the rest..

It's not me you have to deal with, it's paypal. After the dispute is settled and they refund your money, then you can try again.

i have no where an mail that the money is going to be refund. lets make a deal, im gonna send the same money again, but i have to be sure that, the oder donations is coming back

Well in the resolution center I selected the option that no item has been shipped and to issue a refund. It's under review from paypal.
