Any text editor will work. I prefer notepad++ because it formats/colorizes everything for you, and you can easily see line numbers. But yeah, there is no specific program you have to use. You can just double click your macro file and edit it with whatever program(s) you have available.

Where can I change a macro's activation key? I tried changing numpad8 to another key using virtual codes on line 45, but it still doesn't work, and the program opens .ini and text files fine.

I will take a look and see if there's a problem with line 45, but I would check with the person who gave you the script as I don't know what original key they were using.

Every script command is detailed extensively in the guide if you want to create more advanced scripts. The template scripts are very good, though, and they are meant to be a base from which you can refine.

The T&L community is pretty active, so if you have issues, you can post on Discord, and someone, including me, will usually respond relatively quickly.

Do you mean auto-block? Yes, that comes with the program, as I already mentioned and linked to above.

is it possible to have different color for enemies that have high evasion? so, during target selection we would skip the enemies we cannot hit

I doubt it. I don't think there is a reason for the server to send you enemy evasion numbers, so they would not be in memory. All the server needs to do is tell you whether you hit or not.
