also you can try the broker trade
put an item to broker for the amount of gold you want to buy and ask the seller to buy that item ( if you have elite status )

An alt account I had was flagged and after purchasing 3rd party items, It was promptly suspended. This never happened up until the wintersday jumping puzzle ban hammer.
In a nutshell, your account will be "marked" and any weird fuckeries you do will be easliy decernable and not brushed off as "an accident".
