Issues to get to play the game

Hi everyone,

I recently downloaded the game, it is fully updated and such, yet it doesn't let me get in the game, saying that there is no "active game" in my account; I've read that you are supposed to get a sort of confirmation email when you create your account, yet I created it a long time ago and didn't receive any verification email, so, what can I do in this case that doesn't involve creating a brand new account with another email and such?

What if you ask that on official forums, there are mods, admins.

Also write support ticket too.

Because their community is one of the worst I've ever seen just by checking through questions posted by members, thought that in this section of EPvP users wouldn't be the same as there

Seems like you made your account before Tera launched its free to play model. I had the same problem.
Unfortunately you have to make a new account in order to get free access to the game. At least it worked for me. Just hit the register button on the homepage. After registering the game should be added to your games list automatically.

I won't use another email for any game, so I'll simply uninstall it now, thanks for the reply.
