Yea as I said before there's something to do with 'xdelta', but i have no idea what that is. These are music files from a game so I'm assuming the devs didn't want people to listen to them?

If they are from a game, chances are they can't be decoded because they weren't encoded like regular Vorbis Audio files. I could try to find out how to properly play them if you could tell me from which game these files are.

Edit: It's also possible that the file was encoded a second time, and is then decoded by the game engine, and then decoded again by the codecs so it can be played. I couldn't find any information regarding the header of the file you have uploaded, so that's a possibility.

Edit²: After googling for the file name, my guess is that you want to listen to the Aion soundtrack. Am I right? If that's the case, may help, especially (check out the "[UPDATE]" part of his post). Should do the trick.

Edit³: If that doesn't work, follow the instructions in .

Yea getting the files unpacked from a .pak is no problem. Before Aion's latest update I could unpack the .pak and play the music files. It's only since 1.9 that they've encoded something into the music files. The reason I mentioned xdelta is because someone on aionsource used that and managed to play the files, however I cannot remember who this person was to be able to get information.

Your best bet is asking for help on AionSource I guess. From what I've googled, xdelta seems to be an EXE which is part of Aion. I don't have Aion though, so I can't provide more information, sorry.
