[Please Help Me] Windows IIS - Saxmem.dll

I want to Install windows sql server 2005 express edition

Then I get the error, You need to install Windows IIS

If I wanna do that ill see:

"Setup cannot copy the file staxmem.dll" error ...

On the internet I found:

Click Start, click Run, type cmd and click OK.
Type the following command at the command prompt and then press ENTER:
esentutl / g Drive: \ WinDir \ security \ database \ secedit.sdb

Then you see:

Version 5.2
Copyright (C) Microsoft Corporation. All Rights Reserved.

Initiating INTEGRITY mode...
Database: L:\WINDOWS\security\database\secedit.sdb

If you have done that U will see:

When the tool Esentutl.exe executes on the computer the installation state that was applicable at the time that the Local Security Policy is not defined. You may have to start the computer in Safe Mode to rename files change or to move files. You can use the computer in Safe Mode by pressing F8 while Windows XP Professional starts. Then type 1 to choose Safe Mode from the startup options and press Enter.


But If I restart my pc in safemode I still can't install.

Idk what to do then ???

Maybe u guys can help me.

The only problem is that you CANT install on safe mode verry verry verry rare things could be installed in safe mode so use normale mode and can i know please why you want to install it?do you have a dedicated server?
