Help needed - main account lost.

Hello,

I used to have an old account on epvp with the ID webart999. I am also fairly sure that I remember the password. As far as I know, the account was not linked to any email address.

Unfortunately, I am no longer able to log in to that account.

I contacted support by email, and they advised me to create a new account and open a ticket here so that someone from the staff can assist me.

I would appreciate your support in recovering access to my old account.

You can create a new account to open a ticket. The best way to resolve this is to do what they asked. If you already opened a ticket then kindly wait for their response, this will get sorted out for you. Cheers and good luck.

Hi, thanks for the quick reply.

Actually, this is the new account, and I thought that creating a thread here meant opening a ticket.

If that’s not the case, could you please let me know how I can create a ticket?
