Nutzt du Instagram von deinem Heimnetz aus? Kannst du es mal mit deinen mobilen Daten oder irgendeinem anderen Netzwerk probieren? VPN/Proxy ginge auch.

Auch mit VPN lädt es einfach weiter mit der selben Fehlermeldung (NordVPN)

Es hat sich übrigens erledigt und geschlossen werden.

Einen Fix/Grund dazu habe ich leider nicht, habe mir aber einen neuen PC gebaut, nehme an es war irgendwas in der Windows-Registry.
