Having issue with Windows 10

Hello guys,

I'm having a problem with windows 10, my pc configuration is next:
CPU: Phaneom 965 X4 3.4GHZ
GPU: Asus Nvidia GTX 480 1.5gb
Ram: 12GB DDR3 1600mhz
HDD: 2TB + 120GB SSD
Raptox RT-500PSP

So yeah, on windows 7 my pc work just fine, once i install windows 8.1/10 my screen starts to blink every couple minutes.

So can my GPU be broken, or only my gpu is not updated for Win 8.1 and Win 10?

Please share your opinions, i really need to hear it..

Are you using Norton?

If yes, download the NRT here:

In many cases this problem has been caused by the antivirus software. Mostly by Norton.

As I can see you don't use Norton, otherwise you wouldn't react this way.

Which AV software do you use then? Uninstall it completely!

You can also try to update/install your GPU drivers (1. windows driver (devicemanager) 2. NVidia driver ( ) ).

If this also fails, I have no other solution than to "refresh" your Windows 10 installation.
No private files will be lost, only external programs.

you also should uninstall them before upgrading your os next time

I bought new GPU CARD GTX980 original version with powerful coolers custom bought aswell top graphic, super happy now! thanks anyways for suggestions people
