Gelöst
Hallo Leute,
1. Unplug your Siberia Elite from your computer
2. Unplug the Siberia Elite headset from the USB Soundcard
3. Replug the USB Soundcard to your computer – do not connect your Siberia Elite headset at this time
4. On SteelSeries Engine 3, a device card named "USB Soundcard" should come up as well as a window that will ask if you'd like to optimize it for the 9H headset. On that window check the don't optimize option
5. Now you should see the red firmware update banner on the USB Soundcard. Go ahead and perform the firmware update
6. Once this is finished, unplug your USB Soundcard, connect the SIberia Elite headset to the Soundcard (using the digital connector), and plug in the USB Soundcard to your computer
7. You should now see the Siberia Elite device detected. The USB Soundcard device will appear as not connected – this is expected as it's already being used with the Elite. You may hide the USB Soundcard device if you wish
