bin vor nen paar Wochen frisch 18 geworden und habe mir dann sofort PayPal angeschafft.
Habe dann hier & da mal etwas beim Steam Summer Sale für immer um die 10 Euronen gekauft. Dann habe ich einmal eine Arena für 1,80€ bei Hearthstone gekauft und dann wieder ein Spiel für ~15€.
Seitdem geht nichts mehr. Ein Lösung für das Problem, oder die Ursache dafür habe ich bis jetzt nicht gefunden. Immer wenn ich etwas kaufen möchte, kommt die Meldung, dass ich eine andere Zahlungsmethode wählen soll, oder das Paypal als Zahlungmethode zur Zeit nicht in Frage kommt, was aber nicht sein kann.
Vielleicht würde es mit einem anderen Browser und VPN gehen, da diese Sperre anscheinend speziell auf dich zugeschnitten ist. Oder es hängt mit deinem PP-Account zusammen.

VPN + Paypal verträgt sich nicht sonderlich, da Paypal direkt Fremdzugriff einschätzt und alles dicht macht.

falls nichts klappt, probier es mal mit dem Paypal Support. Hab da vorgestern mich zum ersten mal gemeldet und die Antwort kam schon binnen wenigen Stunden.
