Can someone help me Port Forward :/ ?

Hey, I've been trying for days now to Port Forward, I've watched a dozen tutorials, read guides, tried using Port Forwarding software but to no success :/

My ISP is Sky and I don't think I'm doing anything wrong, it might be a hardware issue?
