PayPal help, gonna pay for help.

My account is limited for this reason.

So, I'm 15 years old, and got issued cuz I'm not 18 years old. Looking for any help, on account got €100, so gonna pay €10, if anyone'll help me with this issue.

I can't appeal anymore, cuz sent them pictures that I'm 15, just add me in skype if someone's pro in this, gonna pay for help also.

This is not to demotivate you, but Paypal made his move sooner than you did. The first rule when using Paypal is following: never let any cash on your Paypal account (unless you're ok with the risk of losing it). As far as I know, there is no way to appeal this limitation. If they're investigating, then you will have to confirm your identity - this means, the only way to get out of this is accepting that lesson and losing your money or lying and claiming to be another person (which is not possible anymore and furthermore not the way to go imo...).
You could still try to talk with your parents and ask them about a permission to provide their ID. Say, that you were not aware of the age limitation and that this account actually belongs to your parents. I think this could work.

write paypal that you are just 15

I tryed to trick them but they said im not 18 and they trasfered the money from my paypal acc to my bank account and said your paypal acc will be unlocked when you are 18 and they were very friendly

Wow you had a realy friendly support. I heared if you are not 18 the account will be banned with all the money on it.

This is, what they told me, when I've sent them pictures at first day, where was my passport and my real photo, where they could see, that I'm 15.

You've got to be ******* kidding me. Don't you have anything like common sense?

Contact 'em to withdraw your money to another account, like they already suggested in the E-Mail. Be nice and polite and continue until they answer you, it takes sometime. (Please don't tell me you just answered the Mail instead of using their Sites Form ...) However you also can try to call their service for instant help.

Erm, name & lastname is fake, and my gramma suck when I'm talking, I'm only writing like a baws, one time I've called to the free number of PayPal, and they was so dumb. Don't even know where's my country..
