Football Manager 2013 problems!HELP Pls :(

Hi all, guys I had FM 2013 installed on my PC but this days I reinstalled windows (XP- same as I had before) and now I installed again Football Manager 2013 and it isnt working...

I did everything the same like first time when it worked, but now it's giving me an error when I open it.I think it's about softwares but I don't know what could be...

Please if there is anybody could help me write me ! I wrote on many forums but nobody answered me, but elitepvpers is one of the best so I think I will get an answer for my problem!THANKS A LOT...
The FM gives me this error: "the module helper.dll was modified...' it's something about SEGA service... here is a picture with this error to see it better...
