I am using eliaz server
do not start there

but
XDR server start debug

Because Eliaz Server is not for Visual Studio as it's written in Java.
You need another IDE for it. e.g. Eclipse

As far as i see no one said you were using eliaz server but like JD said this is not the section that can give you helpful answers.
