Mediafire uploading,help

How can I pack media.pk2 at 200MB for mediafire?
I always add to archive but the size is too large.

Well , Took the pictures now.
For an example , topsro media.pk2
You've to spoil it into 2 pieces . One is 195mb , Other is the complete of the 195 , Original size-195mb= (Result of part 2)

1. Install winrar
2. Click right on media.pk2 you want to spoil it
3. Click Add to archive
4. Set the size as 195 and choose MB
5. Wait till it spoils the media and you'll find the 2 parts in the folder it contains your media.
