Die Anwendung muss mit aktiviertem Debuggen kompiliert werden.
Zum Beispiel:

Wenn das JIT-Debuggen aktiviert ist, werden alle nicht behandelten
Ausnahmen an den JIT-Debugger gesendet, der auf dem
