0xc00000fd error

i wanna broadcast some of my gameplay.but i cant.

procaster.exe-application error
the application was unable to start correctly (0xc00000fd=.click OK to close the application.

what should i do?
use english i dont speak german.

wtf is update rollup anyway.my os is win7 pro 64 bit.

I´m not a geek, too.
You must only follow the steps under the point: solution.
You musn´t understand this.

Think this is it:

Download and install this.
Microsoft says this should be the solution of your problem.

Download the x64 version cause this is for 64bit.

If i were you i would take an other program to broadcast.
