Unraring messed up

Please help me, everytime i try to extracts with numerous programs, i've used rarzilla and winrar it wont unrar them it only says

No archive found
! C:\Downloads\8154d1196547460-tul-ultimate-leveler-tul.rar: The archive is either in unknown format or damaged

What do i do

I'm using windows 7. I started playing S4 league yesterday. Here is where the problem starts i automatically opened the injector with the bypass.dll and then ran S4 league for the first time ever. Now the bypass.dll doesn't work and it detects everything... should i re-install and let it update or is there a way to fix my problem?

hey everyone i think some ppl are having problems playing the 30x server as i am always getting dc and ms reaching shit like 30k so im gonna be playing the 20x or 10x server forgot what it was till they fix this gay lag problem they got on 30x u can all join if u want its very good for me get like 300-500ms max and theres an english patch/vac working for it and never dc just gotta work a bit harder for the levels :P so i hope to see use all there

You guys arent the only ones having problems. CO Is oficially fucking me out of my char Art_Pwns. They banned me for non payment of 11 codes when I didn't purchase any....So whatever I paid it to get my char back and they still haven't unbanned me after 9000 emails and proof that they cashed my check....Anyone got any ideas?
