This has been around for a while now (even in beta)
and it doesn't seem to be patched yet
ill get a video of it later today when i switch computers
but i stumbled upon this glitch while just playing normally.
But basically as you die, Ensure that you die in the air(or land in a vent)
and you will have about half a second to click (Revive here) in the middle of your screen.
this allows you to revive where you would have landed, at 100% hp.
so just ninjabuff yourself and go charge along
