ICQ Shutting Down June 26th

Looks like it is time to remove the ICQ account from the Edit Your Details page, optional information category, instant messaging section. I believe the whole instant messaging section to be a waste of time and unused, and also believe this should be removed. The default is Discord anyway, it seems like. There is no going backwards, either.
