[Suggestion] Sticky TBM Rating Support Threads

It's realy hard, to check if a User is legit. When he has a decent amount of threads it takes so much time to check, if he get rid of a negative ratings.
It will safe a lot of research time when the TBM rating support threads will be listed as first.

You can limit our search to specific forums, just click on the "search this forum" dropdown, select advanced and add the users username at the top right input field (search by username).
