Auto Private Message when creating account
Hey
So well my suggestion is kinda simple:
There are lots of new users who are being scammed on elitepvpers, and also can't rate their trades because they didn't know of the existance or usage of the ''Trade request system.''
Therefor, my idea would be for every new user who creates an account to get a auto private message with the info they need to know about a trade request.
That would be a way to prevent scammers of getting away without being rated & also make sure some new users don't get instantly scammed.
