[Suggestion] [Private SRO Advertising] Post Agreements

Well I don't know how to start but lately I noticed that more than 50% of the threads posted in the SRO advertising section were having some serious problems eg.(low qualities, lacking information, website problems, etc). We already have some guides to help people create a decent thread and avoid violating some basic rules when they create their threads but, in most cases when I talk to people to fix their content they usually reply with 'Sorry we did not know that such guides existed'. The amount of threads created everyday then removed once they are reviewed by a moderator in this section is huge, most of them are just closed or removed for some reasons that could be avoided if they read those guides. From here I'd like to suggest adding a post agreement similar to the one at the release sections to the advertising one.

This is so true, they are so many people who don't know how to search or don't know that a sticky thread with the same information he needed exist.

Even tho a lot of people will just tick and continue without doing **** like software license agreements but that will help a lot but you can also have the title colors for the guides changed like some of the announcements (the important ones only tho)
