~Hello Community I am requesting for an Elsword Releasing section, since Elsword section is becoming popular and there are members who are releasing hacks and it isn't quite decent to see the section like that so I am requesting for a Releasing section,

I won't yet give a decision. But, I think you should first talk with the section moderator and know his opinion. If the moderator don't want it, then there's no point to it, I guess.

Isn't it not the administrators who are aloud to make sections? Not moderators?
