I disagree with a "down-vote-system".
There are always people who hate when something's not perfectly fine, but way less people honor good work. - There would not be a good balance (atleast that's my opinion).

Furthermore, there are always trolls that downvote somebody just because they are jealous or even bored (have a look at reddit).
