[Suggestion] About Pserver Advertisment

well the advertisment level in CO2 PServer Advertising section became too pathetic such that every noob that would like to advertise his server Make an acc and start posting very ****** Thread ( unorganized / barely understandable as obvious ) so what i suggest is limiting noobs from posting ****** Threads by putting Strict Rules to limit that stupidity there ... By :-

1 - any acc of posts less than 100 cant post (surely am not talking about spamming posts to increase post counts)

2 - any Thread should contain ScreenShots / LinkBack and Server information without lies

whoever break these rules will be punished by Removing his whole Thread ... and taking Infraction and if he repeted this .. Permenent Ban
